- Celtic salt
- Raw almonds/walnuts
- Whole grain pasta
- Spelt pasta
- Stevia (natural sweetner)
- Legumes
- Wild rice
- Brown rice
- Beans
- Plain yogurt (add the fruit yourself)
- Vegetables
- Fruits

Chocolate Bath
1/2 cup unscented bubble bath
2 1/2 T. unsweetened soy milk
1 1/2 ounces of powdered dark chocolate
Warm soy milk in saucepan. Add the chocolate and stir until
melted. Do not boil. Let cook. Mix in bubble bath
just before running your bath water.
Chocolate Facial
1/2 cup cocoa powder
4 T. heavy cream
3 tsp cottage cheese
3 tsp avocado
1/4 honey
3 T. oatmeal powder
Mix in a bowl. Apply to face for 10 minutes. Rinse off with
warm water. Apply moisturizer.
